Mr Justice Newman:
1. This is an application for judicial review of a decision of the Secretary of State notifying the claimant that he was an `illegal entrant' and therefore liable to deportation. Permission was granted as long ago as 2 February 2000 by Latham J, and on l9 June 2000, Gibbs J made an order for cross examination of the claimant on an application by the Secretary of State.
