The Hon. Mr Justice Carnwath This is an appeal against a decision of the Employment Tribunal given on 23rd November 1998. As the Tribunal said, it concerns a somewhat obscure corner of their jurisdiction, relating to what are known as the "Crombie" Regulations. (No-one before me was able to explain the name).
