وماذا لو تحرشت البنت بالولد:poster_dont:
من أيام صدر حكم جرىء لم يتوقعه أحد، فالقاضى الذى أصدره وضع فى حيثياته تصحيحاً لمسار الأخلاق والسلوك الحميدة فى المجتمع المصري، فقد كان حكمه رادعاً للانفلات الأخلاقى الذى تشهده شوارعنا هذه الأيام
.
اطلعت على حكم القاضى المستشار طارق حامد، الذى عاقب أحد الشبان الجامعيين المتهم بالتحرش الجنسى بالحبس سنة مع الشغل والنفاذ من أول جلسة شهدتها محكمة جنح العجوزة، وقد اعتدنا على أن مثل هذه القضايا وغيرها تتداول فى جلسات متعددة،
لكن المحكمة عندما أصدرت حكمها قالت فى أسبابه إنها اطمأنت لأقوال الشاهد وتحريات المباحث ومحضر الضبط.. معنى هذا أن الرؤية أصبحت واضحة.. وأن دليل الإدانة ثابت لذلك أصدرت المحكمة حكمها رغم محاولات الدفاع طلب التأجيل
.
هذا الحكم يطالبنا أن نعلم أولادنا السلوك، أن نهتم بتربية شبابنا حتى لا يرتكبوا أخطاء سواء كانت باللفظ أو الإشارة أو بالفعل.. قد تكون سبباً فى تعرضهم للمساءلة القانونية، أو مثولهم أمام محاكم الجنح،
فالقانون الجنائى المصرى لأول مرة يكشر عن أنيابه ضد الانفلات بعد أن أصبح ظاهرة تحولت من اللفظ إلى الفعل، فقد كان التحرش بالبنات بألفاظ خارجة ومطاردات مخيفة، وتطورت أساليب المعاكسات إلى مد اليد، من هنا كان لابد من حماية الأنثى التى هى أختك وأختى من الأفعال الآثمة التى يلجأ إليها بعض المنفلتين
.
السؤال الآن.. وماذا بعد صدور أول حكم فى ظاهرة التحرش، هل سوف تختفى المعاكسات؟

وهنا يحضرنى سؤال.. ماذا لو تحرشت البنت بالولد وكان هناك شهود.. هل سيكون من نصيبها نفس الحكم الذى يطبق على أى متهم. قد يأخذ تحرش البنت بالولد صوراً عديدة منها إثارته فى الشارع العام بملابسها الضيقة وتعرية جزء من جسدها، وقد يكون هناك شهود من جنسها فيرفضن الذهاب إلى المحكمة للإدلاء بشهادتهن. فلماذا لا نحمى أولادنا من هؤلاء الفتيات اللاتى يتعمدن إثارتهم بالملابس العارية أو غير المحتشمة.
